Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, and part of that commitment involves respecting everyone’s time and schedules. When a client cancels or reschedules their appointment at the last minute, it not only affects our massage therapists’ schedules but also makes it difficult for other clients to book that time slot.

Therefore, we kindly request that you notify us at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or make any changes. This will allow us to offer that time slot to other clients who may be on our waitlist or looking for an available appointment.

If you cancel your appointment within the 4-hour notice period, we will charge a cancellation fee (30% of the total service price). This fee is necessary to compensate our massage therapists for their time and prevent last-minute cancellations from affecting their schedules.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. By giving us sufficient notice, you not only help us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule but also allow us to serve more clients in need of our services.
